  2.  Outline: The laboratory is researching nanoscale dynamics of proteins and synthetic polymers using high-speed atomic force microscopy and other techniques. We seek a tenure-track Assistant Professor to work with the current laboratory members to research biophysics, including protein science, soft matter physics, and nanoscience. Any current research field is welcome.

  5.  Affiliation: Laboratory of Biomolecular Dynamics and Function (D-Lab), Department of Physics, Graduate School of Science, Nagoya University

  6.  Work Location: Furo-cho, Chikusa-ku, Nagoya, Aichi, Japan

  7.  Specialized Field: Biophysics including Protein Science, Soft Matter and Nanoscience

  8.  Responsibilities: In collaboration with the staff members in the Laboratory, the successful candidate is expected to engage in experimental research in the field of biophysics and in teaching graduate and undergraduate students in the Department.

  9.  Requirements: Applicants must have earned or expect to earn a doctoral degree by the starting date.

  10.  Starting Date After November 1st, 2024 (as soon as possible thereafter)
